DAY 1 · ARRIVAL
Setting the tone in Bali.
As the team landed and settled into the villa, my focus was on establishing the visual
tone of the week – environment shots, details around the space, and early moments
between the team that would later pay off in the final edit.
We captured first impressions, walk-throughs and natural interactions that gave viewers
a feel for what it’s like to actually be there.
DAY 2 · TRAINING IN MOTION
Capturing live coaching without getting in the way.
Day 2 was all about the work: live sessions, drills and coaching.
I moved quietly around the room to catch reactions, micro-expressions and moments
where things “clicked” for people – without breaking the flow of the training.
Most of the mid-length talking pieces and cutaways for social came from this day.
DAY 3 · GROWTH & CHALLENGE
Objection drills and confidence-building work.
This is where emotions got real. Attendees were pushed through objection handling,
roleplays and confidence drills. Visually, it meant lots of tight framing:
hands, eyes, body language and raw reflections between sessions.
These shots became the spine of the narrative – showing the “before and after”
without needing to over-explain it on screen.
DAY 4 · HERO CONTENT
Dedicated film day for interviews & hero pieces.
We turned the villa into a mini studio, blocking out light, choosing angles and
building a look that felt premium but still “Bali real”.
I filmed individual interviews, group moments and short, punchy lines designed
specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn and future campaigns.
DAY 5 · WRAP & REFLECTION
Tying the story together.
On the final day we focused on closures – final reflections, thank-yous,
and the kind of small moments that give a film warmth at the end.
By this point everyone was comfortable with the camera, which always leads to
better, more honest content.
