Client Booking Agreement

This agreement covers the services, deliverables, and project requirements agreed to in writing between the client and DarianKrostFilms. Any changes to the agreed scope, including additional filming time, extra deliverables, revised creative requirements, additional locations, or changes to the brief, may incur additional fees.

A booking date is not officially confirmed until the required deposit has been received and this agreement has been completed. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date, subject to availability and at the discretion of DarianKrostFilms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before final delivery of files. Final edited content will not be delivered until all outstanding payments have been received. Payment may be made via bank transfer, Stripe, Xero payment link, or another agreed payment method.

If the client cancels or reschedules the shoot, DarianKrostFilms must be notified as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations or last-minute changes may result in the deposit being forfeited or additional fees being charged.

The client is responsible for ensuring that talent, locations, products, access, and approvals are ready at the agreed shoot time. Delays outside the control of DarianKrostFilms may reduce the available shoot time or result in additional fees. Any work required beyond the agreed booking time may be charged as overtime.

Final deliverables will be supplied as agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, the project includes one round of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions, major creative changes, or requests outside the original brief may incur additional editing fees.

Once full payment has been received, the client is granted permission to use the final delivered content for their own marketing, website, and social media purposes. DarianKrostFilms retains copyright ownership of the footage, edits, and creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing. DarianKrostFilms may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, confirming shoot details, organising access to locations, obtaining permissions where required, ensuring talent or staff are available, and providing any required branding assets, logos, products, scripts, or key information before the shoot.

DarianKrostFilms is not responsible for delays, limitations, or failed shots caused by weather, restricted access, unavailable locations, lack of permissions, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside its control. If a shoot needs to be rescheduled due to weather or access issues, this will be handled subject to availability.

Final files will be delivered via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Frame.io, or another agreed delivery method. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, client feedback delays, and outstanding payments.

DarianKrostFilms will take reasonable care in planning, filming, editing, and delivering the project. However, DarianKrostFilms is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or issues caused by factors outside its control. Any changes to the agreed project scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
