Client Agreement & Booking Confirmation

This agreement covers the services, shoot details, deliverables, and creative requirements agreed to in writing. Any additional filming time, locations, edits, deliverables, or changes to the brief may affect the quote and timeline.

Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received and this agreement has been submitted. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date where appropriate and subject to availability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before final delivery. Final edited content will not be released until outstanding payments are complete.

Deliverables will be supplied according to the agreed scope. Delivery timelines may vary based on shoot complexity, revision requests, client feedback timing, and any outstanding project requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, the project includes one round of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions, major creative changes, or requests outside the original scope may incur additional editing fees.

Please provide as much notice as possible if a shoot needs to move. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations or changes may result in deposit forfeiture or additional fees.

The client is responsible for confirming shoot details, organising access, securing permissions, preparing talent or staff, and providing any branding assets, products, scripts, or key information required before production.

Once full payment has been received, you may use the final delivered content for your brand marketing, website, and social media. DarianKrostFilms retains copyright ownership of the footage, edits, and creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final files are delivered after the project has been approved and all payments are complete. DarianKrostFilms may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
